MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on Friday said authorities should resolve a case of alleged plagiarism by a Supreme Court justice he nominated who is in the running to take the helm of the country's top tribunal.
Justice Yasmin Esquivel was this week accused by Mexican news outlet Latinus of plagiarizing her 1987 university undergraduate thesis, prompting calls for her to step down.
