Interview: National parks have important missions of promoting biological diversity

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) -- National parks around the world have important missions of preserving the nature, animals and plants to promote biological diversity, a U.S. national park ranger told Xinhua in a recent interview.

The UN Biodiversity Conference will be held in December in Montreal, Canada, focusing on protecting nature and halting biodiversity loss in the world.
