NEW YORK, Sept. 1 (Xinhua) -- Women's doubles No. 7 seeds Xu Yifan/Yang Zhaoxuan of China came from behind to reach the second round at the U.S. Open on Thursday.
Xu and Yang were outplayed by their compatriot Han Xinyun and Russia's Evgeniya Rodina 6-3 in the opening set, but came back in style as they dominated the second set 6-1 and moved forward by winning the deciding set 6-2.
