4 missing after boat capsizes in India's flood-hit Assam state

NEW DELHI, June 19 (Xinhua) -- Four people went missing in a river when a boat capsized in India's flood-hit Assam state, a local police official said on Sunday.

The incident occurred at around noon. There were nine people aboard the ill-fated boat.
