Uruguay's industrial output grows 7.6 pct year-on-year between January and April

MONTEVIDEO, June 13 (Xinhua) -- Uruguay's manufacturing output grew by 7.6 percent between January and April of this year compared to the same period in 2021, the National Institute of Statistics said Monday.

According to the Manufacturing Industry Physical Volume Index, motor vehicle production jumped 186.7 percent, food production, 13.1 percent, and oil refining, 8.8 percent.
