MEXICO CITY, June 1 (Xinhua) -- The Central Bank of Mexico on Wednesday lowered its economic growth forecast for 2022 to 2.2 percent from 2.4 percent, citing a complex global environment.
In its quarterly inflation report, the bank also cut its forecast for 2023, estimating the country's gross domestic product (GDP) will expand 2.4 percent, down from 2.9 percent.
