Weekly storage of natural gas in U.S. up: EIA

HOUSTON, May 26 (Xinhua) -- Working gas storage in the contiguous United States was 1,812 billion cubic feet in the week ending May 20, a net increase of 80 billion cubic feet from the previous week, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) said on Thursday.

The total working gas storage decreased by 17.6 percent from this time last year, and down 15.3 percent from the five-year average, according to the EIA's Weekly Natural Gas Storage Report.
