U.S. dollar ticks up


NEW YORK, May 25 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar appreciated in late trading on Wednesday.

The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, was up 0.19 percent to 102.0550 at 3:00 p.m. (1900 GMT).
