JAKARTA, May 25 (Xinhua) -- A 6.2-magnitude earthquake rocked off the west coast of Indonesia's Sumatra Island on Wednesday night, the Indonesian meteorological, climatological and geophysical agency BMKG said, with no casualties or damage reported.
The quake occurred at 22:05 Jakarta time (1505 GMT) with the epicenter at 819 km southwest of North Sumatra Province's Nias island, with a depth of 10 km under sea bed.
