SAO PAULO, March 28 (Xinhua) -- At least six people were killed and 12 others injured on Monday in a four-vehicle pileup in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul, the Federal Highway Police said.
According to its report, the accident occurred early Monday morning on highway BR-290, in the municipality of Rio Pardo, 150 km west of the state capital of Porto Alegre.
