African countries report 1,850 new COVID-19 cases as tally exceeds 11.32 mln

ADDIS ABABA, March 26 (Xinhua) -- The African continent reported 1,850 new COVID-19 cases during the past 24 hours, the Africa Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) said Saturday.

Figures from the Africa CDC showed that the number of confirmed positive cases across the continent rose from 11,318,615 on Friday to 11,320,465 as of Saturday.
