NEW DELHI (Reuters) - Attacks by the Taliban on civilians as U.S. troops pull out of Afghanistan are deeply troubling, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Wednesday, warning that if the fighters take power and commit atrocities the country will become a pariah.
Blinken, in New Delhi for talks with Indian leaders, said the only path to peace in Afghanistan was through negotiations, which all parties must take seriously.
