POKROV, Russia (Reuters) - Russian police detained Anastasiya Vasilyeva, an ally of jailed Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny, on Tuesday as she and several supporters gathered outside the prison holding him, a Reuters correspondent said.

Another Navalny supporter was also detained. It was not immediately clear why they were held.
