LONDON, Feb. 2 (Xinhua) -- The British government will extend mass testing as more coronavirus "mutations of concern" were found in parts of the country, British Health Secretary Matt Hancock said Tuesday.
Hancock said 11 cases were identified in Bristol and 32 in Liverpool, so the government will extend the urgent door-to-door testing currently underway in eight areas amid fears of community transmission of COVID-19 variant related to South Africa.
