Pentagon to include climate risk in war gaming, defence secretary says

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Pentagon said on Wednesday it would include the risk of climate change in military simulations and war gaming, after President Joe Biden signed a raft of executive actions to tackle the climate issue.

Biden's orders map out the direction for the Democratic president's environmental agenda and mark a reversal from policies under his Republican predecessor, Donald Trump, who sought to maximize U.S. oil, gas and coal output by removing regulations and easing environmental reviews.
