HARARE, Jan. 21 (Xinhua) -- Zimbabwe's power utility company, ZESA Holdings, has said power outages being experienced in the country are due to a technical fault at its Hwange Power Station.
In a statement on Thursday, ZESA said the technical fault will result in load curtailment of about 200 megawatts during evening peak periods, adding that restoration of service to optimum levels is currently underway.
