BERLIN, Jan. 19 (Xinhua) -- The mood in Germany's industry sector brightened slightly as 30 percent of companies were expecting better exports, according to a survey published by the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) on Tuesday.
Almost a year after the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the "economic catch-up process in this country is proceeding more slowly than hoped," DIHK noted. However, in a difficult economic environment, German companies were currently benefiting from their international network.
