FRANKFURT, Jan. 5 (Xinhua) -- German shares lost on Tuesday, with the benchmark DAX index down 75.52 points, or 0.55 percent, to close at 13,651.22 points.
Chemical and consumer goods company Henkel lost the most among the blue chips, down by 2.62 percent, followed by energy groups RWE and E.ON, which lost 2.45 percent and 2.09 percent respectively.
