HOUSTON, Dec. 23 (Xinhua) -- Working gas storage in the contiguous United States was 3,574 billion cubic feet (about 101.20 billion cubic meters) in the week ending Dec. 18, a net decrease of 152 billion cubic feet, or 4.1 percent, from the previous week, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) said Wednesday in a report.
The total working gas storage increased by 8.4 percent from this time last year, or 6.5 percent above the five-year average, according to the EIA's Weekly Natural Gas Storage Report.
