NEW YORK, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) -- Wall Street's major averages finished mixed on Tuesday after U.S. Congress approved a long-delayed COVID-19 relief package.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 200.94 points, or 0.67 percent, to 30,015.51. The S&P 500 decreased 7.66 points, or 0.21 percent, to 3,687.26. The Nasdaq Composite Index was up 65.40 points, or 0.51 percent, to 12,807.92.
