CHICAGO, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) -- Gold futures on the COMEX division of the New York Mercantile Exchange fell on Tuesday as the U.S. dollar strengthened for the third trading session in a row.
The most active gold contract for February delivery fell 12.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.66 percent, to close at 1,870.3 dollars per ounce.
