BANGKOK, Dec. 16 (Xinhua) -- The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) index Wednesday moved up 4.88 points, or 0.33 percent to close at 1,482.09 points.
Some 29.34 billion shares worth 106.42 billion baht (about 3.56 billion U.S. dollars) changed hands.
