LONDON, Dec. 10 (Xinhua) -- London has recorded an average infection rate of 191.8 per 100,000 people for the week between Nov. 30 and Dec. 6, the highest in England, data from Public Health England (PHE) showed Thursday.
The infection rate is up from 158.1 per 100,000 in the previous week, with cases increasing in 24 of London's 32 boroughs.
