PARIS, Dec. 9 (Xinhua) -- French shares lost on Wednesday, with the benchmark Paris CAC 40 down 0.25 percent, or 13.85 points, to close at 5,546.82 points.
French-Italian multinational electronics and semiconductor manufacturer STMicroelectronics lost 11.80 percent. French omnichannel company Teleperformance lost 2.99 percent. French payment and transactional services company Worldline went down by 1.85 percent.
