German shares up 0.35 pct Friday

FRANKFURT, Dec. 4 (Xinhua) -- German stocks closed up on Friday, with the benchmark DAX index up 46.10 points, or 0.35 percent, to close at 13,298.96 points.

Semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 2.92 percent. Automotive manufacturer Daimler and multinational software corporation SAP rose by 2.54 percent and 1.86 percent respectively.

Deutsche Post lost the most among the blue chips, by falling 2.05 percent. Aircraft engine manufacturer MTU Aero and energy group RWE went down by 1.70 percent and 1.58 percent respectively.

SAP was the most-traded share with a turnover of 263.55 million euros (320.45 million U.S. dollars).

China's Haier, a leading global household appliances manufacturer listed in Frankfurt in 2018, rose 0.94 percent to close at 1.010 euros per share on Friday.
