NEW YORK, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- New York City's COVID-19 infection rate on a seven-day average has reached a new high of 4.03 percent, compared with 3.9 percent one day earlier, Mayor Bill de Blasio tweeted on Monday.
"We had a slight drop in testing due to the holiday weekend, so we should have a clearer picture of where things are later this week," said the mayor.
