HANOI (Reuters) - Vietnam's health ministry on Monday confirmed its first locally transmitted COVID-19 case for nearly three months.
The latest patient, a 32-year-old man, is a relative of a flight attendant who returned to Vietnam on a flight from Japan, according to state media.
