CHICAGO, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) -- The Consumer Sentiment Index released by the University of Michigan (UM) Surveys of Consumers on Wednesday was 76.9 in November, down from 81.8 in October and below last November's 96.8.
The Expectations Index went down to 70.5 in November, as against October's 79.2 and last year's 87.3; the Current Conditions Index rose to 87.0 in November, as against October's 85.9 and 111.6 in the same period of last year.
