CAIRO, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- Iran's COVID-19 cases increased to 828,377 on Friday with an addition of 13,260 new cases. Meanwhile, Turkey witnessed more than 5,000 new infections from the coronavirus in the daily surge.
Iran, the hardest-hit country in the Middle East region, reported 479 new deaths from the coronavirus in the past 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 43,896.
