NEW YORK, Nov. 17 (Xinhua) -- The COVID-19 infection rate on 7-day average in New York City was 2.74 percent, slightly down from 2.77 percent one day earlier, tweeted Mayor Bill de Blasio on Tuesday.
"We're holding the line against #COVID-19 and schools will be OPEN tomorrow, but we still have work to do to keep our numbers down," he added.
