LONDON, Nov. 12 (Xinhua) -- British stocks decreased on Thursday, with the benchmark FTSE 100 Index down by 0.68 percent, or 43.16 points, to close at 6,338.94 points.
Fresnillo, a Mexican-based precious metals mining company, soared 3.73 percent, the top gainer of the blue chips. 3i Group and DCC both increased by 2.49 percent.
