MEXICO CITY, Nov. 9 (Xinhua) -- Mexico registered 4.09 percent inflation in October, driven up by electricity rates, the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (Inegi) said on Monday.
The National Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose 0.61 percent in October compared to the previous month, its highest monthly increase in three years, according to Inegi data.
