THIMPHU, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- Bhutan Prime Minister has urged people to be cautious of the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic as winter season approaches and people brace for the cold weather.
In his speech to the public this week, Prime Minister Lotay Tshering advised citizens to stick to health protocols including wearing mask, avoiding crowded places and washing hands with soap repeatedly.
