NEW YORK, Oct. 31 (Xinhua) -- Only 15 percent of Manhattan office employees are expected to return by the end of this year, down from the August estimate of 26 percent, said a survey issued earlier this week by Partnership For New York City.

Some 10 percent of Manhattan office employees returned to the workplace as of late October, up from 8 percent as of mid-August, according to the survey done by the non-profit organization that found widespread unwillingness of employees to go back to the office amid the raging COVID-19 pandemic.
