SANTIAGO, Oct. 29 (Xinhua) -- Chilean Health Minister Enrique Paris on Thursday unveiled a plan in the event of a second novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, like the current new outbreak in Europe.
Paris said at a press conference that "several European presidents have announced very drastic measures and fear a saturation of their health services due to the increase in patients with COVID-19."
