NEW YORK, Oct. 26 (Xinhua) -- U.S. oil prices tumbled on Monday.
The West Texas Intermediate (WTI) for December delivery dropped 1.29 U.S. dollars to settle at 38.56 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
