SHANGHAI, Oct. 23 (Xinhua) -- The two-way flow of scientists between Chinese cities and major cities in developed countries will increase significantly in the next five years, a report said.

Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen are considered the most likely to see major innovation breakthroughs in the next 15 years, according to a report jointly issued by the Shanghai Institute for Science of Science and the international scientific publishing company Springer Nature on Thursday.
