WASHINGTON/NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump's re-election campaign had $43.6 million (£33 million) in cash as of Oct. 14 after raising roughly the same amount in the prior two weeks, according to a disclosure filed on Thursday with the Federal Election Commission.
