NEW YORK, Oct. 22 (Xinhua) -- The COVID-19 test positivity rates in New York State went down on Wednesday, with the rate in the "micro-cluster" focus areas dipping to 3.2 percent, compared with 6.61 percent one day earlier, tweeted Governor Andrew Cuomo on Thursday.
The statewide positivity rate excluding the "micro-cluster" areas was 0.96 percent, as against 1.42 percent on Tuesday, said the governor.
