SAO PAULO, Oct. 22 (Xinhua) -- Brazil's biggest city, Sao Paulo, will resume in-person secondary school classes starting Nov. 3, Mayor Bruno Covas said on Thursday.
Attending in person will be optional, added Covas, whose city has been the epicenter of Brazil's novel coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic since Latin America's first case of COVID-19 was detected here on Feb. 26.
