TRIPOLI, Oct. 20 (Xinhua) -- Libya's National Center for Disease Control on Tuesday reported 957 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total cases in the country to more than 50,000.
The center said in a statement that it received a total of 2,824 suspected samples, of which 957 were tested positive, adding that 570 patients have recovered while 14 others died.
