HOUSTON, Oct. 15 (Xinhua) -- U.S. Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia on Thursday reported that regional manufacturing activity continued to expand in October, suggesting a pickup in activity for the region's manufacturing sector.
According to the October Manufacturing Business Outlook Survey, the current indicators for general activity, new orders, and shipments all showed notable improvement.
