CAIRO, Oct. 11 (Xinhua) -- Iran on Sunday reported 251 death cases over the novel coronavirus in the past 24 hours, making the highest single-day death toll since the virus outbreak in the country. Meanwhile, Morocco's tally surpassed 150,000.
Sima Sadat Lari, spokeswoman for the Iranian Ministry of Health and Medical Education, said during her daily briefing that the total deaths rose to 28,544 in the country.
