Israel's COVID-19 cases reach 281,481

JERUSALEM, Oct. 7 (Xinhua) -- The number of coronavirus cases in Israel has reached 281,481, with 4,455 new cases, the state's Ministry of Health said on Wednesday.

The number of death cases reached 1,824, with 27 new fatalities, while the number of patients in serious condition dropped from 880 to 866, out of 1,582 patients currently hospitalized.
