DUBAI, Oct. 4 (Xinhua) -- The United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Sunday announced 1,041 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total confirmed number in the country to 98,801.
In addition, 1,001 more patients recovered from the virus, taking the tally of recoveries in the UAE to 88,123, the Ministry of Health and Prevention said.
