FRANKFURT, Sept. 29 (Xinhua) -- German stocks edged down on Tuesday, with the benchmark DAX index down 45.05 points, or 0.35 percent, to close at 12,825.82 points.
Deutsche Bank lost 2.72 percent, the top loser among the blue chips, followed by reinsurance company Munich Re and multinational chemical and pharmaceutical company Bayer, which lost 1.93 percent and 1.29 percent respectively.
