ROME, Sept. 27 (Xinhua) -- The four-day Trento Economics Festival wrapped up Sunday with a mostly upbeat message for an Italian economy battered by direct and indirect impacts of the global coronavirus pandemic.

The partially in-person and partially virtual festival featured input from nearly 100 speakers, including some of Italy's most high-profile leaders, such as Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte and Bank of Italy Governor Ignazio Visco.
