BEIRUT, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) -- Lebanese President Michel Aoun approved on Thursday 100 billion Lebanese pounds (about 66.1 million U.S. dollars) in the 2020 state budget to be paid to the people affected by Beirut port's explosions.
The distribution of the money will be based on the lists prepared by the Lebanese army, giving priority to those who have been affected the most by the explosions, the presidency said in a statement.
