BRUSSELS (Reuters) - European Council President Charles Michel has had a second negative COVID-19 test after going into self-isolation and is now no longer in quarantine, his spokesman said via Twitter.
Michel, who chairs EU summits, went into quarantine due to contact with an infected security guard, leading to the postponement of a summit of EU leaders by a week to Oct 1-2.
