NEW YORK, Sept. 23 (Xinhua) -- U.S. oil prices climbed on Wednesday.
The West Texas Intermediate (WTI) for November delivery rose 13 cents to settle at 39.93 U.S. dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
